The Glitz offers a full service luncheon. Your lunch includes an appetizer, entrée with
accompaniments, dessert and beverages for $21.50 plus tax. Menu changes biweekly!
Your luncheon begins with a chilled glass of spiced apple refresher.
~Appetizers~
Cream of Asparagus Soup…finished with a swirl of red pepper cream.
Brie en Croute…creamy brie cheese baked in phyllo pastry with candied garlic.
Salmon Cakes… flaked salmon blended with herbs, dusted with bread crumbs, baked and served with cucumber dill sauce.
~Entrees~
Chicken Divan Crepes…tender pulled chicken breast tossed with freshly steamed broccoli florets tossed in a creamy cheddar sauce, baked in crepes. Accompanied by a salad of red leaf lettuce, Mandarin oranges, rings of purple onion, English walnuts and our own poppyseed dressing.
Thai Tilapia…mild white fish, stuffed with baby shrimp, shredded yellow squash, zucchini, carrots, red bell peppers and cilantro, baked and served in a pool of Thai coconut sauce with a drizzle of sweet chili sauce.
~Desserts~
Nonesuch Kiss…a baked meringue shell filled with jamoca ice cream, hot fudge sauce, toasted sliced almonds, whipped cream and a cherry. Our house specialty!
English Berry Trifle…moist cake layered with vanilla pudding, strawberry and raspberry sauces and fresh berries.
Wild Berry Sorbet…light and refreshing, served with a gaufrette wafer.
~Beverages~
Water, Iced Tea, coffee, Hazelnut coffee, decaffeinated coffee, and a variety of hot teas.
The Glitz is fully non-smoking. Gratuity of 18% is added to parties of 6 or more.
